Change
My Order
Q:
I need to make a change to my
online order. Is there still time
to make a
change?
A:
Online
orders are processed within 24
hours of their submission. Try
calling our direct-line customer
service support center at
1-405-601-5288,
to "catch" the order before it's
shipped. We can't guarantee the
change will be made in time - but
we always try our best.
Problem

Q:
I
tried to place an order through
your web site, but it wouldn't go
through. What's
Wrong?
A:
There could be many reasons why
your order did not go through.
The connection from your service
provider could be down, or there
may be a problem with your
computer or software. Our system
assigns you a cart. If you
bookmark a location in the store
and go directly back to it, your
cart may have expired. Please
re-enter from the store
front.

Q:
I placed an order over the web
and have a question regarding
it.
A:
If
you would like to check on an
order placed through our web site
please call between 9 am to 6 pm
CST. After regular business hours
our service can only take orders
or relay messages. All orders are
shipped within 7-10 business
days. We will notify you of any
problems.
Incomplete
Order
Q:
I
only received part of my order.
Where are the other
items?
A:
Some items may be shipped
separately. We obviously
consolidate whenever possible,
but sometimes delays on some
items may hold your order up.
These items can arrive up to
3-days apart.
Oops!
A Mistake On My
Order
Q:
My name is misspelled on my stamp
or label order. What should I
do?
A:
Call
between 9 am to 6 pm CST for an
RMA number. Return the stamp with
your order number and the
correction. Once we receive your
stamp back we will process the
replacement. Please allow
approximately 2 full weeks, to
receive your replacement stamp
product. Please make sure that
you are as explicit as possible
on your custom order and that
your artwork is exactly what you
want to avoid any
disappointments.
Volume
Discounts
Q:
If
a large amount of any product is
purchased, do you offer a volume
discount and/or credit
terms?
A:
Yes. If you plan to
purchase any amount of product
over $500.00, we will offer you a
discount off the retail
price. The discount is
based on the size of the
order. Just email us
at orders@customrubberstamp.net
for
any inquiries regarding a volume
discount. We cannot offer credit
terms. Orders must be paid in
full prior to production.
